This is the Winter Challenge but without coaching. It is an 8-week, full-body training program and can be used to get leaner, build muscle or both (body recomposition.) If you’re confident in your nutrition and don’t feel you need help with your macros, this would be a great option for you! It still includes our nutrition guide for your reference, but no coaching or weekly adjustments from us. You will have access to a private video library that corresponds with your training program!
This is a progressive overload style training program. Sets and reps will increase during Weeks 1-4 before programming changes for Weeks 5-8. This is optimal for those wanting to get stronger and add muscle. If you want a program that’s more random (many different exercises changing each week) you’ll want to wait until we release those more “fun” type programs. This program will be ideal for those who are serious about progress and results!

My outlook on life has changed, I have energy to do things again. Is an apartment gym or home gym enough for this program?
You will need access to free weights, cable machines, barbells, smith machine, leg press, benches, squat rack, and various other pieces of equipment.
Is this plan vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Yes! With a flexible dieting approach, you can fill your macros daily with the foods you enjoy!
Is this for US residents only?
No! If you have a smartphone and a gym, you can join!
Does the program expire after it’s over?
No! The coaching and Challenge forum will end but you will still have access to the plan, it’s yours to keep!
