Coached challenges are back! Both Coached and Uncoached options are available for Fall 2019. Start and end dates are the same for both options, and forum access is open to all Challenge participants. Only Coached participants receive dedicated, one-on-one guidance after weekly check-ins from Katy’s hand-selected coaches. Due to the overwhelming volume of interest in the Coached challenge, spots are limited and typically sell out quickly.
This is an 8-week, full-body training program. It can be used to get leaner, build muscle, or both. The Fall Challenge is set up for 5 training days and two rest days of your choice per week. The program will progressively get more challenging as you get stronger. You’ll have access to a private video library that corresponds with your workouts, and the challenge workouts are yours to keep forever.

Summer Challenge 2018

Can this program fit a wide variety of fitness goals?
Whether you’re looking to lose weight or gain muscle, this program can suit your needs as long as you stick to it and properly track your macros.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes, you’ll need access to a gym for a majority of the weightlifting exercises.
When can I see the workouts for the week?
The next week of exercises are released every Saturday during the Challenge.
Is this program suitable for beginners?
It can be! Each exercise includes an instructional video to guide you. You don’t have to be a gym regular to participate and see results from this challenge. By no means are the workouts easy, but they’re certainly doable and can lead to amazing results!
What countries is the challenge available in?
Worldwide! You can access and participate in the Fall Challenge from anywhere. However, due to shipping regulations, prizes from Onyx + Rose can only be shipped to U.S. residents.
