Where is the Workout Generator?

Log into the FIT by Katy app and visit the plans tab (the barbell icon). You’ll see it at the top of that screen.

I subscribed but the Workout Generator is still locked.

Make sure you log into the app with the same login you used for my.katyhearnfit.com.

I bought a plan but it’s not unlocked in the app.

Are future promos included with the premium subscription?

Yes! All future seasonal promos are included.

How do I cancel my Apple in-app purchase?

You can visit your iTunes account, go to the FIT by Katy app, and cancel it there.

I was charged twice. Can I get a refund?
