Mini Summer Challenge
Hi, I’m Korey!
The past year I struggled through so many stomach problems. I would go to the doctor all the time and they couldn’t figure out what it was for about 6 months. I finally found out I had to have my gallbladder removed which caused many changes to my body afterwards. I began to gain weight and feel so self conscious in my body, everything I ate would just absolutely kill my stomach and leave me in pain all day long. I stay bloated and felt so uncomfortable all the time while staying very unhappy.
I wanted to get into working out for months and just never knew what to do. I would go into the gym and just kinda walk around having no idea what anything was or how to use it. I’ve followed Katy since the beginning of the year and saw the results of her fall challenge and was so astonished by the changes girls had from it. When Katy posted information about her winter challenge, I just had to do it, so I signed up not having any experience in the gym or eating healthy.
Throughout Katy’s winter and spring challenges, I have learned soo much. Not only have I learned tons about working out and changing your body, I have learned stuff about nutrition I would have never known. Working out has become a lifestyle for me and I don’t see myself ever stopping. It has brought me so much happiness and confidence it’s crazy! Feeling confident in yourself is honestly the best feeling and looking back on myself I could never go back.
Working out along with Katy’s help has changed my outlook on life completely. I have fallen in love with working out and being healthy. I want to go into nutrition and fitness to eventually help people become happier with themselves and change for the better. During the winter and spring challenge I could email Katy for help and have a reply within a couple days. The last few weeks Katy helped me begin carb cycling to lean out and it helped tremendously. I could never thank her enough for her help!
I’m so beyond happy with my results from Katy’s challenges. I love going to the gym and especially love doing her workouts. Going to the gym should never be like a chore, it should be something you enjoy doing, and this has made me fall in love with it!
