Build A Booty, Mini Summer Challenge
I began following Katy on Instagram in June of 2014 when I started my personal fitness journey to lose the weight I gained from having my son. Katy quickly became a role model of mine when I saw how much discipline, dedication, and motivation she obtained in relation to fitness. In December of 2014, I decided I was going to sign up for Katy’s winter challenge at the beginning of January. I was not pleased with my own progress in the gym and felt I needed guidance from someone who knew much more about fitness and weight training. I enrolled in the winter challenge and began learning so much more about living a healthy lifestyle than I ever imagined.
Katy’s program was full of information, not only exercises in the gym, but proper nutrition as well. Anytime I had a question, I was able to personally email Katy and received a response within 24 hours. She was extremely kind, motivating, and caring in all of her responses. Katy puts her heart and her time into each and every client, and it shows through her program and her dedication to changing women’s lives. Over the course of the 8 week winter challenge, I lost 19 pounds! I had the opportunity to participate in the Spring challenge as well and continue to get pushed to my full potential each and every workout. Without Katy’s program, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today. I have learned so much about proper nutrition and working various muscle groups that I never knew existed. Not only am I physically stronger, but mentally and emotionally stronger as well. I cannot thank you enough Katy!
