Summer Promo 2017, Mini Summer Challenge
I have always loved fitness, but I have also always loved food. Before this challenge, I never knew how to balance the two in order to make such a big difference in my life! Thanks to the wonderful Katy and Haydn, I have learned to love counting my macros, and make the most out of every second at the gym!
I’m not saying that it’s easy, because that is far from the truth. I can tell you though that this challenge was worth the money and then some. It taught me that every good thing takes time and patience & I am so excited to be able to continue working with these great people to build a better me.
The best advice I can give is that whether you miss a workout or eat 80 extra carbs for the day, don’t let it discourage you the next day, or in the weeks to come. “If at first you don’t succeed, try try again.”
