My Story

“My name is Christina and I came across Katy’s Instagram almost a year ago. I started scrolling through her pictures and decided to sign up for my first challenge. Best decision of my life! About to start my fourth challenge with this talented, young lady. One great thing about these challenges is that they are all beginner friendly, I knew absolutely nothing about weight lifting before. I have gained so much knowledge from training with Katy and I would highly recommend her to beginners but also more advanced gym members who are looking to challenge themselves with routines that keeps pushing you even further!

Why choose online training you might ask? I am a personal assistant so my schedule can change at a moments notice. Having my 8 week plans emailed gives me the freedom to change my work out schedule as need be without the hassle of late cancellation fees. I can easily add a missed work out to the end of my day or even choose to do two the next day. Online training puts ME in charge of my work outs without having to adjust my schedule around when a trainer is available at the gym.

The relationship with your trainer is personal and very intimate. Other than your spouse or significant other they are probably the only ones who really knows your deepest fears of failure and your wish to transform into the body you only dare to dream of. A trainer who can see beyond your own doubts and has more faith in you than you have in yourself sometime. The only other person that truly knows all the blood, sweat and tears it takes to succeed and who will cheer you on every step of the way. Because of her genuine caring and down to earth beautiful personality and with her heart of gold to match her Nike WMNS Air Max 1 SP “Liquid Gold” that person to me is someone I’ve never even met. A person I admire not only as a role model for her commitment and passion for this healthy life style but also her ability to inspire and help thousands of people all over the world, both in her professional and personal life. To me that person is Katy Hearn, always a lady”.
