Summer Promo 2017, Mini Summer Challenge

MY STORY

As a previous low carb dieter who was no longer seeing changes with my go-to diet and cardio routine, I will be forever grateful that Instagram lead me to find the amazing transformations of Katy’s previous clients, which inspired me to sign up for her 8-week challenge.

When the Spring Challenge started, I quickly learned I had previously been doing everything backwards. I calculated my macros and my jaw dropped. Could I really eat 170g carbs and almost 1800 calories and lose weight? Despite my inhibitions, I gave myself up to the process. As the 8 weeks passed, the changes kept showing and I continued to feel stronger and healthier. By the end of the challenge, I had lost 10 pounds. My thighs had leaned down and toned up. My booty had lifted. My shoulders looked pretty and built. I had visible abs. And my back definition was INSANE. I remember looking at my final progress pictures and not believing it was me. I was so proud! After the Spring Challenge was over, I knew what my body was capable of, so I kept at it for a few months until I signed up for the Fall Challenge. I continued to put in the work and follow Katy’s personalized guidance regarding adjustments to my macros and cardio. In those 8 weeks, my body made even more changes and I was able to achieve a body I could have only dreamed of a year before!

Although no one is successful without her own intrinsic motivation, I owe my success to Katy for her well-constructed plan and spot-on adjustments to my macros and cardio through email support. I particularly appreciate the Instagram video demos for each exercise (beginners read: all you really need to do is watch and copy her!). Katy is consistently caring about her clients and very knowledgeable. I learned the correct way to approach nutrition and fitness, gained a new fitness family, built the best body of my life at 30 years old, and developed pride in my abilities and achievements.
