Mini Summer Challenge
I’ve followed Katy on Instagram since the beginning, what I love about her is how she is always showing the balance between fitness and enjoying the little things. I truly believe she has the key.
I began my fitness journey back in 2011 starting at 240 pounds and I am now sitting just below 170 with a solid amount of muscle! I’ve been proud of myself throughout my weight loss but one thing I lacked was self confidence. Even though people always tell me how amazing I look I never really felt it, until I began Katy’s challenges. I did my first one March- April and these first 2 collages were my results . I gained SO much self confidence from these workouts and Katy’s positives attitude on social media. My body has toned up so much and I’m not stopping anytime soon.
I recommend Katy’s workout and nutrition programs to EVERYBODY I know because she is simply the best.
