BUILD A BOOTY, MINI SUMMER CHALLENGE
Katy’s Challenges changed my life. I am comfortable in the gym, I am stronger than I’ve ever been, I love my meals, I have fun working out and most of all I love my transformation and I’m finally proud of my body.
I was sold on the Seasonal Challenges as soon as I saw Katy’s clients transformations. After attempting my own transformation utilizing a few other online personal trainers and seeing minimal results, I decided to give online personal trainers one more shot with the Fall 2014 Challenge. After seeing amazing results, I’ve done every single Challenge/Promo since. Katy’s programs introduced me to the “if it fits your macros” (IFFYM) style dieting and IFFYM has been the only type of diet that has ever worked for me! It is great to find a trainer who allows her clients the flexibility to eat what works from them, to meet their personalized goals. Being a vegetarian, it was nearly impossible to find a “food plan” that worked for me but once I started with flexible dieting/IIFYM, I was able to finally able to add muscle mass and make an amazing transformation.
I like the Challenges because they are realistic. She doesn’t make you spend hours lifting weights nor doing cardio. I like that you can adjust the rep ranges to your own goals. For example, for the Fall 2015 Challenge I was bulking so I dropped the rep ranges to 8-10 and still got amazing results. I like that the exercises are fun and creative and not just basic bodybuilding moves. Her exercises got me outside my comfort zone and allowed me to get comfortable on the cables and squat rack and in the weight room. It was nice to go into the gym knowing exactly what my workout was for the day and how each workout should look so I wasn’t embarrassed or scared to look silly. Katy really explains each workout thoroughly and her Instagram videos are helpful too. Katy is very responsive and also supportive.
Most of all, Katy’s Challenges give you a fitness community of the sweetest, most supportive and motivating girls around. It is often hard to find “friends” to lift with but when you can get on your Facebook and Instagram you instantly find a bunch of friends, on the same mission, feeling the same pain from the workout and you realize you actually do have fitness friends.
