FAQ

Will my apartment complex gym be enough for the gym version?

You will need access to cardio equipment, free weights, squat rack/smith machine, an adjustable cable tower, various upper and lower body equipment, a resistance band, an exercise ball, etc.

What if I need help with nutrition?
