Since this is a shorter program, it will be best for those whose goal is to shed body fat- it will not be ideal for those looking to bulk or gain weight. 4 weeks isn't enough time to effectively accomplish that. This program will also be best for those who are familiar with tracking macros and being mindful of their eating habits.
On release day you will receive the program via email (the “ship to” email address you enter at check out!) It will come in pdf form, viewable on your computer or phone. The program is set up for 5 training days and 2 rest days per week. It instructs and explains every exercise for every workout for the entire 4 weeks of the mini program. If you choose the COACHING option, your plan will include a private email address for your weekly check-ins! At the end of the 4 weeks you will submit your before and final photos (per the guidelines that come with your program) and the best transformations will be chosen as winners! PRIZE: An all expenses paid (flight, hotel and extras) vacation with Haydn and I for you and a friend!! We will coordinate place and details after the winner is chosen!

Is this program just for people trying to lose weight?
No! We instruct on how to follow the program for all goals (muscle gain, decreasing body fat, maintenance/body recomposition).
Will my apartment complex gym be enough for the gym plan?
You will need access to cardio equipment, free weights, leg press, squat rack/smith machine, an adjustable cable tower, various upper and lower body equipment, a resistance band, an exercise ball, a dip belt etc.
Is this plan vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Yes! With the macro-based diet plan you eat the foods you enjoy. We teach on flexible dieting, with this method there are no off limit foods or mandatory foods.
